The following
policies have been formulated to protect you. Please contact us
if you have any questions.
- Item Descriptions
- If there
is anything unclear about a description on our web-site and/or
auctions, you must contact us before purchasing, we can not
accept responsibility for a misunderstanding of information
displayed on this web-site.
- Payment
- Debit
or Credit card or PayPal payments will be accepted, on-line.
- Bank
transfers (BACS) may be accepted in certain and pre-approved
circumstances. Goods will only be shipped when the monies
transferred have entered our account.
- Payments
must be made in advance and will include VAT and and associated
delivery charges.
- Shipping
- All items
will be shipped with insurance and will require a signature
on delivery.
- We charge
for shipping on the basis of weight and a small charge for
packing.
- Shipping
is available via Royal Mail Recorded, Special Delivery, Standard
Parcels or Courier, Royal Mail shipping may not include insurance,
this is at your risk.
- Special
Order items must have shipping paid for, regardless of including
them in a standard order.
- Special Orders
- Special
and Reserve orders are on the basis of items we can obtain
for you but may not stock due to a lack of market demand.
- Shipping
costs from us to you must be met by you, this is regardless
of the special / reserve item/s being ordered with standard
stocked products.
- Out of Stock
Items
- If items are found to be out of stock, either marked on our web-site or not, you will be notified by phone or email of the out of stock items.
- Unless otherwise specified by you, out of stock items will be placed on back order for you. When said back order items are restocked, you will be notified of the restocking. These back order items will be sent with your next order of products and/or services placed with us. If you require the items to be shipped as they are, you will be required to pay shipping charges.
- As an alternative to waiting for back order items to be restocked, you can request a refund, via cheque or a credit note, for use against other items.
- Abusive Behaviour
- No abuse
of our staff or customers will be accepted, any such instances
will result in appropriate action being taken, which may include
being banned from further purchase and legal action.
- Pricing
- We maintain
a policy of attempting to beat any price that's better than
those advertised on our web-site.
- Returns
- Non-faulty
returns are charged a 20% re-stocking fee. No postage charges
will be credited to you for the return.
- Faulty
items must be reported within 2 days of receipt of your package,
failure to do this will result in a strict refusal of returned
item/s.
- A image
of the faulty item and packaging will be required, this provides
evidence for us to claim against the courier firm.
- Damaged
items may need to be returned to us for further examination,
postage charges will be credited to your account.
- Changes to
policies
- Changes
may be made to any of the above policies, including the introduction
of new polices without notice.
