Tips for Handling Demanding Clients

• Are you holding stock for popular items? If no we suggest planning your stock level to meet your demanding customers "quick" turn-a-round. There has been the biggest ever increase in new sublimation businesses, in the first 6 months of this year. This increase has impacted the supply of sublimation printable items, throughout the world. If you want to stay ahead of your competition, plan to hold a level of stock for popular items and specify "special order" items and/or specific lead times. There will always be end customers that have forgotten someones Birthday and need a gift "NOW!", you may loose the order because you can't provide what they want within days if you don't have the item they want, however if you have stock of a more popular item, chances are they will buy your alternative.
