How do I Navigate This Site ?

There are several ways to navigate this site;

Left Hand Menu

The options found down the left-hand side of the screen act as a main menu, allowing you to jump between product and useful information. Some of the screens displayed, when you click on of these options, will have sub-menus in them.

Sub- Menu

Sub-menus are found in the main screen area between the left hand menu and the top title bar. The sub-menus are usually displayed below the main picture in blue underlined text. Click on these items to display more information on products and/or further useful site details.

Pictures

Some pictures may have links to other pages in the site, in some instances you can click on a picture in the yellow "Order Here" section of the main page area and you'll be taken to another page of information..

Search

Use the search page link, found in the top left of the screen. Enter keywords relating to the information you're searching for, once the page has been displayed. Once you click on the "Find!" button, the resulting pages containing the information you've searched for will be in the main page area of the site. Click on one of the pages and you'll be sent to the page containing that information.

How do I Contact HometoGifts?

You can contact us in a number of ways, which includes e-mail, phone and skype (voice over Internet Phone). You can contact us in writing if required, however we do ask that you contact us via phone first..

How do I Order?

Ordering is easy, just give us a call, we'll process your order over the phone and confirm your payment. We don't store credit card details like some other companies, we believe storing them creates a potential risk to your financial information, and we're not prepared to do this.

You'll soon also be able to order on-line using our secure server, and yes we still won't store credit card information, this is important.

What are your shipping charges?

We ship on the basis of cost by weight, we do not charge for picking products, like a number of other businesses. We will ship generally via TNT but if it's cheaper to ship via Royal Mail special delivery, we will, thus saving you money.

Can I set-up an account?

In short, no. The reason for this is that it costs us money to chase businesses for outstanding invoices, which in turn means these costs are passed on to all our customers, we don't think this is fair. These additional costs are very significant if we have to take legal action to recover costs. In short, we believe in keeping our prices down for all our customers.

If you do require credit for large purchases then we can advise you on how to obtain this.

What are your returns policies?

  • Returns will only be accepted by prior arrangement, this may include photographic evidence of damage and/or faults relating to products.
  • Items that have been printed will not be accepted as returnable items, under any circumstances. All faults or incorrect items must be reported before the items are printed.
  • We will pay the cost of postage if the return of an item is due to a fault with our team sending you the incorrect products.
  • Returns due to the incorrect item being selected by yourself will result in a 20% restocking fee being charged. We will not pay for any shipping charges in relation to such a return.
  • Returns will result in a credit note being issued against your account and a record of the credit being kept on file. This credit can be utilised against an order or cash refund to your credit card. A substantial number of issued credit notes may result in a banning of the customer from our site and trade.
  • Abuse Policy
    • Abuses towards our staff, whether actual or insinuated may result in the future banning of a customer from our site and business trade.
    • Abuse by our staff must be reported immediately, detailing date, time and a detailed description of the event. We do not expect our customer to be abused by our staff and we inturn do not expect our staff to abuse our customers.
